VICE PRESIDENT
The board Vice President is a full voting member and serves as second in command to the board President. They assist with various duties as assigned and can step in for the President when needed.
SECRETARY
The board Secretary's duties include everything related to record keeping for the board. This includes taking attendance, keeping and distributing accurate meeting minutes and maintaining and securely storing board documents and contracts. It also includes tracking board member terms and monitoring legal compliance.
MEMBER AT-LARGE
A board Member At-Large is also a full voting member but has no specific assigned duties. They are expected to attend and engage in board meetings, serve on a committee, and support the board and organization in anything needed.
